Viair 20001 Ultra Duty Air System
Viair 480c 2.5 gallon tank is an advantage when using this air system. Simply put, it will have more volume air in reserve. This Viair Kit is perfect for air supply for any air horn, air suspension, air spring kits or air lockers and even filling tires with air. The kit includes the Viair patented air filter relocation kit. This way the 480c air compressor can be mounted under the vehicle and filter can be in a location that is clean.
Ideal places for the air filter is in engine compartment or inside the vehicle cabin under a seat or under a bed rail is also ideal. This will extend the life of the compressor greatly. The kit includes all the necessary fitting for install.

This Viair 20001 kit is a ultra duty on board air system that produces a whopping 200psi. The Viair 480c compressor is 100% Duty at 100psi. The 2.5 gallon air tank is about the size of a small fire extinguisher. So it will fit easily in a trunk of most cars, truck tool box, or in a truck bed. This Viair 20001 kit uses a small but mighty 480c compressor will recover the air tank from 165psi to 20psi in less than a 85 seconds!!
The kit includes the Viair patented air filter relocation kit. This way the 480c air compressor can be mounted under the vehicle and filter can be in a location that has clean air. Ideal places for the air filter is in engine compartment, installed inside the vehicle, under a seat or under a bed rail is also ideal. This will extend the life of the compressor greatly. This Viair ultra duty kit includes a 2” air pressure gauge along with a on/off switch. The Viair 165psi ON and 200psi OFF pressure switch / relay combo makes wiring a breeze. The kit also includes 20 feet on ¼” air tubing along with plenty of fitting. The kit also includes a 35 foot 200psi rated coil air hose with a tire chuck for filling tires.
